The Grange Bed and Breakfast, Wroxall, Isle of Wight.

Originally built in the 17th century then extended in the 19th century, The Grange offers guests elegant, spacious bed and breakfast accommodation. Once a convent, the house has been lovingly restored to retain its charm and tranquil atmosphere on the Isle of Wight.

"The Downs" is South-East facing and catches the early morning sun. It is a lovely sunny room with stunning views of St. Martins Down.

"Appuldurcombe" has views across the village to Appuldurcombe Down. Appuldurcombe House is visible in the winter. This room catches the afternoon and evening sun. There is a 5' four-poster bed in this room and an ensuite bathroom (with a bath).

"The Sanctuary" is on the ground floor. It is one of our largest rooms and can be used as a double or twin-bedded room. This room has a television and there are French windows which allow access to the gardens.

This room, therefore, is most suitable for guests with dogs. The private bathroom with shower is adjacent to the bedroom and is for the sole use of guests staying in "The Sanctuary".

The Grange is a non-smoking Bed and Breakfast and not suitable for children under 12.

HOW TO FIND US
All roads lead to Newport!!
Follow signs from any ferry terminal to Newport.
At Newport follow signs to Sandown.
After nearly two miles from the roundabout by Matalan take a right hand turn sign-posted Godshill/Ventnor/Shanklin.
This turning is just after a large SCATS store on the right.
Continue along the A3020 towards Shanklin through Godshill and Sandford.
At the Whiteley Bank mini-roundabout turn right onto the B3327 signposted Wroxall and Ventnor.
Continue through Wroxall until you see the Four Seasons Pub ahead.
Turn left into Manor Road beside the Four Seasons and The Grange is the second property on the right after the pub.
ONLY about 50 yards from the pub car park and BEFORE the turning the Stenbury View.

We strongly recommend that you book your ferry in advance; it is easy (and cheaper) to book online.

	Just a couple of miles from the sea at Ventnor and three miles from the picturesque village of Godshill, The Grange is situated in the village of Wroxall. This is in an ideal position for those who wish to tour the Isle of Wight, explore the numerous coastal paths and rural walks or simply relax. The local pub, which has a very good restaurant, is within easy walking distance as are the lovely walks on the Downs and disused railway.

We welcome well behaved dogs, but do request that they are kept on a lead when in our house and not left unattended in the bedroom at any time.
